Brianne Rebecca Gardner received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Redlands in 2002, where she was one of a select group of students awarded Interdisciplinary Honors

In 2007, Ms. Gardner attended Whittier Law School on a full scholarship.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2010.  During law school, she served as President of Whittier Law School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Board and participated actively in the Moot Court Honors Board.  Ms. Gardner worked as a full-time judicial extern for The Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court, Central District of California, in the spring of 2010.  Ms. Gardner reached the final rounds of the Orange County District Attorney’s Summer Oral Advocacy Competition as a first-year law student. Since joining McCune and Harber, Ms. Gardner has focused her practice on employment litigation involving both private and public entities, under both state and federal law.
