Joseph Cheung

Joseph Cheung has been an associate at McCune & Harber since 2005. At McCune & Harber, he practices primarily in the area of public entity defense, with an emphasis on law and motion matters. His motions have resulted in numerous decisions exculpating his clients in student supervision, molestation, premises liability and constitutional law cases. He has presented winning arguments before the California Court of Appeal, and successfully resolved cases at mediation on behalf of over 20 school districts and municipalities.
