Jason Weisberg

Jason Weisberg is an associate with McCune & Harber. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a litigator and trial attorney.  With a high level of integrity, Mr. Weisberg is recognized for his excellence in and out of the courtroom.  He is well-respected by his peers in the legal community for his ability to quickly analyze the complexities of a particular matter, and to make appropriate recommendations in order to quickly, efficiently, and economically resolve an issue.  He is a relentless advocate for his clients in a wide array of litigation and business transactional matters, including governmental liability, premises liability, defense of wage and hour and sexual harassment claims, construction law, real estate disputes, and business litigation.  His cases include complex coordinated matters, as well as class actions.
