She also brings several years of civil litigation and appellate experience as a plaintiff’s attorney involved in high profile employment, products liability and personal injury lawsuits. Since joining McCune & Harber, Ms. Kang’s practice has been focused on representing public and private entities in employment matters, including cases involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Approximately 50% of Ms. Kang’s practice involves counseling clients on corporate and employment compliance for risk management and lawsuit prevention.
