Amy Arseneaux

Amy Arseneaux is an associate attorney at McCune & Harber. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arseneaux represented businesses and defended employment discrimination matters, class actions, wage and hour claims, and other general liability matters. She gave advice to employers to ensure compliance with California’s labor laws and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. Ms. Arseneaux also participated in the litigation of mass tort and asbestos cases. She gained additional courtroom experience from her time conducting felony hearings at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. Ms. Arseneaux received a Mediation Certificate under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act after participating in an intensive alternative dispute resolution clinic. At McCune & Harber, Ms. Arseneaux focuses on defending personal injury matters on behalf of public entities and corporate clients.
