Brianne Rebecca Gardner is an Associate at McCune & Harber. Since joining the firm, Ms. Gardner’s practice has focused on litigating state and federal employment cases on behalf of private and public entities. Ms. Gardner is a former Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice. She has also has significant experience litigating personally injury matters.
Ms. Gardner received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Redlands in 2002, where she was one of a select group of students awarded Interdisciplinary Honors. In 2007, Ms. Gardner attended Whittier Law School on a full scholarship. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2010.
During law school, she served as President of Whittier Law School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Board, and participated actively in the Moot Court Honors Board. She worked as a full-time judicial extern for The Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court in the spring of 2010.
