Caitlin Royal Johnson is an Associate at McCune & Harber and is an integral member of The Home Depot’s Regional Counsel team for Southern California. Prior to joining McCune & Harber, Ms. Johnson’s practice focused on litigating state and federal general liability matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, products liability, habitability and subrogation actions on behalf of private entities. Ms. Johnson also has extensive experience in litigating personal injury matters on behalf of plaintiffs, which provides her with a unique and indispensible perspective as she currently defends clients against such lawsuits.
Ms. Johnson graduated Cum Laude from Pepperdine University’s Seaver College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2005. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Ms. Johnson spent a year abroad in Florence, Italy. In 2010, she graduated with a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, she participated in Pepperdine’s International Legal Program in London, England, where she observed at the Inns of Court. Ms. Johnson also received her Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s highly esteemed Straus Institute in 2010.
