At McCune & Harber, we communicate with our clients on a regular basis. Period. We are well aware that the number one complaint reported to the California State Bar Association is the failure of attorneys to communicate with their clients. For this reason, and also because we consider it a privilege to represent our clients, all McCune & Harber attorneys and staff place the highest priority on regular, and thorough, client communications.
We tailor our communications to each client’s particular needs. If the client desires communications to be primarily via e-mail, we will communicate with the client primarily through e-mail. Conversely, if the client prefers communications to be primarily via letters, we will communicate with the client primarily through letters. We also communicate via the telephone if the message is of an urgent nature, or if the client prefers communications to be via the telephone where practicable.
