Charron Varona is an associate attorney at McCune & Harber where her practice primarily focuses on public entity defense and employment-related matters. At McCune & Harber she has represented public entities, focusing on cases involving various types of discrimination, as well as cases involving premises liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Varona worked at a global law firm where she focused on litigating commercial disputes and employment matters ranging from employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and advice and counsel. Ms. Varona also served as corporate in-house counsel for an automotive manufacturer where she gained experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts.

Ms. Varona prides herself as being an attorney that is detail oriented and enjoyable to work with. She is a graduate of LMU Loyola Law School where she was involved in student government and won awards for her advocacy in mock trial.
