Dana John McCune is a founding partner at McCune & Harber, focusing on the defense of school districts and municipalities. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA and Loyola Law School, he specialized in the defense of public entities, serving as a personal injury, civil rights, and employment lawyer for over 100 cities and school districts. He has successfully defended over 100 jury trials involving school district sexual abuse, catastrophic injuries, constitutional and educational issues, and sexual harassment, and racial discrimination claims. Mr. McCune has been voted by his peers as a Southern California “Super Lawyer” every year since the inception of the award (2004) and is a Diplomat (highest level) of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
