About
Allison Lee Fischer is an associate attorney at McCune & Harber LLP, where her practice focuses on employment law and public-entity defense. She joined the firm in 2025 and brings a diversified background that integrates litigation experience, in-house counsel service, and direct operational work within public education.
Most recently, Ms. Fischer served as in-house counsel for advanced-manufacturing and technology companies. In that capacity, she advised on employment matters, corporate governance, and strategic transactions, and drafted and negotiated employment agreements, shareholder and equity documents, consulting and fee arrangements, and commercial and residential leases. She also supported litigation matters, including discovery and regulatory compliance, and oversaw legal documentation for multimillion-dollar government contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable federal requirements.

Before transitioning into in-house practice, Ms. Fischer spent two years working alongside an administrative leadership team in secondary education, with a particular emphasis on special-education administration at a Title I school. That experience provided her with practical insight into personnel management, regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day operational challenges faced by public educational institutions—perspective that now informs her employment-law practice and her representation of public-entity clients.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Fischer practiced business and commercial litigation at several California firms, representing financial institutions and private entities in matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, elder abuse, and real-estate and mortgage-banking disputes. She handled all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
Ms. Fischer is known for her strategic judgment, disciplined approach to litigation, and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
