Tiffany Schneider is an associate at McCune & Harber, focusing on defending public entities and businesses involving premises liability cases, transit accidents, general personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schneider represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various civil matters, including civil rights, defamation, negligence, and other torts. Ms. Schneider also handled various appellate matters in civil, family, probate, and criminal cases in both state and federal courts throughout the state of California.
Ms. Schneider graduated from New York Law School, magna cum laude in 2018. While there, she competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court and Jessup International Law Moot Court. She was also a research assistant and contributed to an article on the school-to-prison pipeline and proposing reform for juvenile probation in the state of New York.
