Regina Zernay is an associate at McCune & Harber. She is a member of the civil litigation team defending public entity and corporate clients.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zernay gained a broad background in litigation. Her experience includes the defense of hospitals and their staff in medical malpractice cases, defending large entertainment venues in personal injury and premises liability suits, defense-side construction defect and habitability cases, and representing a major automobile manufacturer in lemon law matters. She has resolved cases through both informal discussions and formal mediation, as well as through motion practice.
