George Tourkow is an associate attorney at McCune & Harber. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tourkow represented clients in employment discrimination, sexual misconduct, and civil rights matters. At McCune & Harber, he has represented both private and public entities, focusing on cases involving allegations of dangerous conditions and general negligence. He has taken and defended numerous depositions, been involved in the nitty gritty of discovery, and prepared cases for trial. Mr. Tourkow has also successfully disposed of cases via dispositive motions, and through negotiation of favorable settlements. His accomplishments also include assistance in a jury trial which ultimately resulted in a defense verdict on behalf of a local public school district.
