John C. Deagon is an associate at McCune & Harber, where his practice focuses on public entity defense in general liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Deagon worked litigating both civil and criminal matters in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Deagon has experience handling both felony and misdemeanor cases, as well as a variety of civil matters.
Mr. Deagon graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, located in San Francisco. While at U.C. Hastings, He also served as a Senior Note Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly publication. Prior to earning his J. D., Mr. Deagon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
