Julian Smith is an associate at McCune & Harber.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Smith negotiated, drafted and executed merchandise agreements for sports and entertainment figures, including endorsement opportunities, personal appearances, and speaking engagements for over 150 MLB athletes.  Thereafter, Mr. Smith moved on to Civil Litigation matters conducting research for a variety of legal and entertainment issues including, copyright law, palimony law, marital property, talent agencies, domestic partnerships, contract interpretation, employment law, and intellectual property.  Mr. Smith has performed wide-ranging litigation duties for Labor and Employment matters which include, wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, disability discrimination, and sexual harassment.  At McCune & Harber, Mr. Smith focuses on defending public entities and private corporate clients. Mr. Smith is the head of the firm’s entertainment practice focusing on writers, producers, and production companies.
