
Adam Suk is an associate at McCune & Harber. His practice focuses on the vigorous defense of public entities and businesses involving premises liability, transit accidents, and general negligence personal injury claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Suk’s practice focused on the aggressive defense of automobile insurance companies and their insureds in third-party motor-vehicle personal injury civil lawsuits. In addition to his civil litigation experience, Mr. Suk also has experience in workers’ compensation administrative law, where he defended workers’ compensation claims and carriers before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Mr. Suk earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School. While at Southwestern, he served as board member for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and was a Wildman/Schumacher merit scholarship recipient. During law school, he interned at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Civil Division and competed in Moot Court. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
