Amy Arseneaux Evenstad is an associate attorney at McCune & Harber. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Evenstad represented businesses and defended employment discrimination matters, class actions, wage and hour claims, and other general liability matters. She gave advice to employers to ensure compliance with California’s labor laws and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. Ms. Evenstad also participated in the litigation of mass tort and asbestos cases. She gained additional courtroom experience from her time conducting felony hearings at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. Ms. Evenstad received a Mediation Certificate under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act after participating in an intensive alternative dispute resolution clinic. At McCune & Harber, Ms. Evenstad focuses on defending personal injury matters on behalf of public entities and corporate clients.
