Sabira Sherman is an associate at McCune & Harber, and she practices primarily in the area of public entity defense.  Her work has resulted in favorable settlements and voluntary dismissals of the municipalities that she serves.  She has also represented the Beverly Hills Unified School District in a 2024 jury trial on an A.B. 218 sexual assault of a minor case, from incidents that were alleged to occur in the 1970s and 80s, that resulted in a hung jury.  She has experience successfully defending personal injury actions, sexual abuse claims, and construction defect matters.
