Barbara Rohr is an associate at McCune & Harber.  At McCune & Harber, Ms. Rohr focuses on defending public entities in state court in every stage of litigation, including trials and appeals.  She has successfully and professionally handled personal injury cases involving wrongful death claims and sensitive topics, including childhood sexual abuse matters.  She has also successfully negotiated settlements and obtained dismissals of cases through demurrers and dispositive motions.  Throughout her career, Ms. Rohr has extensive experience litigating cases in both California state and federal courts.  She has prevailed for her clients in several arbitrations and won a bench trial by successfully advocating for her clients against fraudulent witness testimony.
