Richard Rojo is an attorney and Of Counsel at McCune & Harber. He has 45 years of legal experience in civil litigation in state and federal court defending various state agencies in matters involving civil rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, defamation and condemnation cases. In addition, he has legal experience in labor law and criminal law. Mr. Rojo was a Deputy Attorney General in the Medi-Cal Fraud Unit of the Attorney General from 1987-1990. He became a full-time litigator for the Tort and Condemnation Section of the Attorney General from 1990-1995. Mr. Rojo was quickly promoted to Lead Supervising Deputy for the Tort and Condemnation Section and was tasked at supervising state and federal trials involving the full gamut of civil litigation for 35 deputies.
