Joseph Cheung is a partner at McCune & Harber and has been a member of the firm since 2005.  At McCune & Harber, he practices primarily in the area of public entity defense.  His motions have resulted in numerous decisions exculpating his clients in student supervision, sexual assault and molestation, premises liability, and constitutional law cases.  He has presented winning arguments before the California Courts of Appeal, and successfully resolved cases at mediation on behalf of over 20 school districts and municipalities.  Mr. Cheung has extensive experience litigating cases in personal injury, sexual abuse and special education claims.
