Jennifer Hu is an associate at McCune & Harber. She is a litigator focusing on public entity defense in negligence actions and employment matters. Ms. Hu has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including trial. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hu’s practice focused on complex commercial litigation and mass tort settlements, with significant experience in the areas of product liability and mass tort actions in federal and state court.
Ms. Hu graduated from the University of Southern California Law School in 2011, where she was a senior content editor and a staff editor of the Southern California Law Review. During law school, she interned at the Wage Justice Center and externed for the Honorable Barry Russell, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. She also served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She graduated, magna cum laude, with a BA in East Asian Studies and a concentration in psychology from Columbia University in 2007.
